With their rich colors ranging from peach to gooseberry, Rosés wines have the delicacy of whites but with vivid aromas of red wine. Characterized by their lightness and low alcohol content, Rosés wines were initially light, sweet and aerated wines. Today we find a profile of Rosé different being currently more complex wines, dry and with high quality thus becoming table wine and not just for aperitifs and esplanade.
